Newly renovated! Mike at the front desk was outstanding! Breakfast in the morning was great. My only gripe(one star off) is outlets for charging your electronics in bed are only on one side? Couldn't use the wall plug either as the bed headboard is too tight to the wall.

It was the best springhill I've ever stayed at. Super close to Sedona, lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Very clean. The highlight was the outside patio and huge firepit thats on a timer, really nice on a chilly evening watching the sun go down. Lots of seating and space for guests to enjoy.

Every employee that I came into contact with during my stay over Thanksgiving was wonderful. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I will always stay at Springhill when I am in town for work, or for play! Highly recommend!

Rooms and the rest of the facility were very much new despite being just over 2 years old. Very clean hotel. Highly recommend if staying in Cottonwood, AZ.
